The tulle, thank you tag, and the confetti inside the tulle are sold separately.
Mom also ordered a coordinating banner. I really had fun making these.
The letters are machine cut and adhered on the white circle mat, and finally adhered on the black minnie mouse head. Then finally, the ribbon was adhered.
Each piece of the banner was pieced together by hand.
