TERMS & CONDITIONS

Everything starts with an inquiry....

The basic information we'd like to know are: 
SECTION I. DESIGN, QUANTITY, COLOR MOTIF, DELIVERY DATE & SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is important that we discuss first what you like. If you have design pegs to show us, that would be most helpful. You may also select from our card types and let us know the customization you need us to make.


SECTION II. SAMPLES:

 INKPRESSIVE INVITATIONS does not provide or send physical samples of your invitation or correspondence prior to the delivery of your full order. Samples prolong lead times and since they have to be hand cut and singly printed in a low-end printer, they would not represent the same quality as your final product. Samples of some of my previous works are available in the website for viewing. We are happy to create (1) customized layout design upon confirmation of your booking. Detailed photos of the sample will be emailed to you for viewing.

We do hope that after our consultation, seeing and feeling any sample purchased or swatches of colors, you will establish a level of trust with INKPRESSIVE INVITATIONS.


SECTION III. PROCESSING TIME
Work starts after down payment of 80% the total cost. We will start cutting papers, creating layouts and mock-ups and begin our journey with you throughout the process. Our communication line is always open, and we will do our best to keep you updated. 

LAYOUTING: 
All customized orders require special attention in the LAYOUT part. Due to the high fees paid to our professional layout/graphic artists, we limit our layout changes to five (5) times. Whether it is a change in words/color/photo/background/etc., the limit is only 5. Thereafter, we charge additional layout fees. To avoid disappointments in the future, we always ask clients to be specific on their instructions beforehand. 

Before we print the invitations, we always send a file for clients to double-check and approve. Once printing has started, there will be no changes to be made. 

There are instances when clients suddenly request for earlier delivery. If our work load and schedule permits, we can accept such request with a RUSH FEE of 30% the total cost.  

Please understand that we are working with a number of clients who also need attention.


SECTION IV. INCONSISTENCIES:

All invitations are handmade with the utmost care, one piece at a time. Therefore, there may be a slight variation from one item to the next. This is what makes a handmade product charming, unique and one of a kind.


SECTION V. PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI)
LBC Money Express
Paypal (with applicable charges - 10% of the total cost)


SECTION VI. SHIPPING:

WE STRICTLY OBSERVE NO SHIPPING UNLESS FULLY PAID POLICY.
Preferred Courier is LBC EXPRESS 
Within the Philippines - within 25 hours transit time.
Abroad: 3-5 days transit time.


SECTION VII. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:

Due to the fact that everything is handmade and customized,  returns will NOT BE ACCEPTED and THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

Damages due to shipping or storage will not be accepted for refund, repair, or exchange.

Minimum Downpayment  is NON REFUNDABLE once services have been provided to the client. 

SECTION VIII. CANCELLATION AND REFUND:

For whatever reason the client should want to cancel the order, send us an email, make a phone call or send a quick SMS, or message us in Facebook stating the reason for cancellation of order.

We will issue a refund of the initial down payment if cancellation was done within 72 hours, minus the transaction fees incurred when returning the payment.

Strictly No Refund will be issued once production has started (cutting, printing, assembly). We can allow shipping or pick up of finished or unfinished production upon request, with shipping costs charged to the client.

For any reason that we, in our part, could not fulfil the order, we will issue 100% refund.


SECTION IX. COMPLAINTS:
We take special care to ensure that the products are counted and in good condition before shipment. However, due to manual labor, we are also prone to errors. Any lacking items will be shipped or refunded as preferred.

Should there be any complaints about our items, please send it to: inkpressive.client@gmail.com within 24 hours upon receipt of the package so we can address the problem in due time. 

SECTION X. ADDITIONAL INVITATIONS:
We suggest ordering at least 5% more than you think you’ll need. This needs to be done at the initial invitation order. Once an order has been completed, additional invitations will be produced in increments of 10 and the price may vary.

SECTION XI. COPYRIGHT INFORMATION: You are paying for my time and effort to create your personal invitation NOT for the character images.  All the licensed character images maintain the copyright of their original respective owners. I do NOT claim ownership of character clip-art or graphics.
